They simply inform us about it and may then, under our supervision, continue with that exercise as many times a week as we agree, but then should probably go directly onto day twenty’s calorie part of the diet, because they will need the extra proteins and energy so that they won’t faint, feel weak or their sports suffer because of it. The only thing that I really want to guard against is that a "highly motivated dieter" now reckons to himself, "if walking three times a week makes one so thin, then just imagine how thin I'll get if I run say 10 km a day!" - this chap is going to overexert himself, injure, gain weight because of building muscle and also lose his excitement and eagerness very fast if he overdoes it - and then he may stop our slimming program too, which is meant to be a calm and comfortable way to lose weight.
