Our Program works as follows: after you have registered online and received the kit you ordered, you must read and follow the Diet in your Program Booklet (supplied in your kit).
Your Diet Program starts the first time you Weigh In and will run for either four (4) or eight (8) weeks according to how many kilo's you want to lose. You are required to record your weight at least twice a week or every third day, for example, if you weighed in on Monday you can then weigh in again on Thursday. Your progress will be charted on a Graph that automatically updates every time you enter your NEW weight.
If you have NOT lost weight since your last Weigh-In, a short Correction List will be presented to guide you to a possible cause. Please answer all the questions honestly and SUBMIT the list. A window with recommendations and explanations will appear that will give you the necessary guidelines to correct your diet at that point (based on the honesty of your answers). This Correction and Answer page will also be emailed to you, so please print and use it in conjunction with your Diet booklet. This should ensure that you follow the Program correctly and lose weight again before your next visit.
